Configuring outlook

I keep receiving an erroe message saying that "The connection to Microsoft
Internet Exchange Server is unavaliable" then it kickes me out of outlook. I
am using the 2003 edition with a vista 32-bit OS. I have not got it working
yet since switching to Vista. Thanks, Ben

No I do not have an account with a Mirosoft Exchange Server. I would like to
link it to one of my other accounts, but I keep getting shut out...
