Configuring the from address in a website form, with Share point

I have setup an html form, on an existing website, all works fine (except I
can't figure out how to add a file upload to the form, but that is another
question altogether), what I need to figure out is, where does the form get
the from address? I would like the from address to be the email of the person
filling out the form.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
