Confirmation needed aboutResource actual work

Hi,

I have made several tests in Project Server2007 to see when actual hours
entered by resources are available for project managers and portfolio
mangers.

My conclusion is: in order to see the actual hours entered by the resources,
the project manager needs to publish the project plan.

Once the project plan is updated with the actual hours and published, you
will see some progress in Project Center and Resource Center.
When you build the cube, the actual hours are now also available.


Can someone confirm me that this is the only way to see progress in PWA?

Yes you need to publish any changes before they will show in view. This
includes the OLAP cube based views or reports.
