Confirmation of Timesheet Behaviour

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can shed any light on some timesheet behaviour I am seeing?

-I created my timesheet on Monday. It was created with one project to book
time to
- Subsequently I have removed that project and added in two others, both of
which have me as a resource working this week
- My timesheet does not show up the new projects
- Creating the timesheet for next week does appear to show the correct
project list

Does this mean that
a) Once created a timesheet only contains the projects correct at that point
in time and it won't update?
b) There is no way to 'refresh' the view to at least give you the new
projects (I can understand the logic in not removing a deleted project)?

I'm having great fun trying to figure PS 2007 out. At least I would if I
didn't have to build a design around it by the end of the week....

Thank you,

Jonathan

Jonathan:

No, these do not update dynamically as you have discovered. You can use the
add-line feature or you can delete the timesheet and re-create it. You would
probably not want to do the latter if you have time saved in the sheet.

Brilliant, thank you Gary.

I actually hadn't twigged that you could delete and recreate timesheets like
that, which is actually really handy during the testing I'm doing.

Cheers,

Jonathan
