Confirmation Page with Data

I have a form that collects some user info and calculates a total price for some options they can
choose. I want to have them SUBMIT the form but then on the confirmation page I need a link that
says "Click here to submit payment". On that link I can set up a link to our online payment
processor using values from the original form.

So, how do I get those values from the original form onto the confirmation page so I can use them in
the link?
