Confirmed vs. Tentative Appointments

My boss only wants to see confirmed appointments on his schedule and not
those marked tentative. He wants me to deal with those . . . any suggestions
on how these would not show in his calendar but only mine?

Use View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views to create a new view that filters on the appointment status field.
