"conflict" when publishing

when I go to publish my web ( to cox.net ) the status for my Index.htm page is "conflict". The page doesn't publish and I get a server timeout error. What's going on & how do I fix it. I'm using front page 2002.

You need to check with cox and see what
the "default" home or index page is supposed to be.
It varies by server and can be:
Index.htm
index.htm
index.html
default.htm
default.html.

I would guess your problem is
Index.htm
instead of index.htm.

And it does make a difference.
