Confused about SharePoint Central Administration port

Current setup:

SQL Server : MSSQL 2000 Server
Project Server: MS Windows Server 2003 R2, Project Server 2003 SP2A with
sharpoint services V2 SP2

I tried to get familiar with the server, I remove the virtual server, and
reextended the virtual server, now my Sharepoint Services Central
Administration connects to http://myserver:18477 and it works fine
but when I get to Project Server Admin, on Manage Windows Sharepoint
Services, Connect to SharePoint server, the Sharepoint Central
Administration URL: http://myserver:14223 when I clicked Test URL, The page
can not be displayed, if I change the URL to http://myserver:18477 I can
connect to the server and do the Shareponmt admin, however, when I tried to
save changes on Connect to Sharepoint server page with
http://myserver:18477 I received: Project Server has failed to set site
properties on the newly created site. And eventually the the URL on the
Connect to SharePoint server page the URL is back to http://myserver:14223.
And on the Site provisioning settings: Windows Sharepoint Services Central
Administration site shows URL: http://myserver:14223

How can I get both places set to: http://myserver:18477?
