Confused on creating Charts

I have a table that has three fields, [ID], [Age] and [Weight]. I have no
problem creating the desired report , showing the performance over time for
each ID one page each.

I am confused how to embed a chart in the ID footer of each of three pages
that graphically displays this performance for that particulat ID. I get as
far as designing the graph and it looks fine, but the report preview is
empty.

Is there a basic charting tutorial I might visit?

I find that the report graph works properly when created inside an unbound
frame. Is there any way to paste that frame onto the data section instead
of the footer section?
