Office 2007 looks vert well. A very important tool for me is de office bar,
that allow to put in a small place in the desktop all the shorcut we need, to
access quickly to the most usual programs that we use. I think that tool must
be included in the office 2007, but we can install the tools of Office 97,
and solve the problem.

It was called the Office Shortcut Toolbar. The Office Shortcut Toolbar was
dropped beginning with Office 2003.
Try using the Windows XP Quick Launch Toolbar {QLT}. If you unlock the
Taskbar, you can move QLT where you want it. I prefer across the top of the
desktop. Once you move it off the Taskbar, you can configure the QLT to
Autohide etc as with the Office Shortcut Toolbar.
