Connected to Exchange, but no folders show up

Email Client: Exchange

I setup my new Marketing Coordinator on Entourage 2008 with our companies Exchange 2007 server. I did all of her settings exactly the same as mine (same computer setup) and yet, even though it shows she's connected, no folders show up. She has no inbox, no contacts, no outbox, etc. It's just blank! She can't send or receive emails either (I did a few tests). I also tried just switching the account ID and password to my info and everything started loading just fine. This makes me suspicious that it's a setting on the exchange server for her specific account that's causing the problem. However, IT isn't very helpful unless I provide an exact answer (they hate that we are on a MAC so I do most of my own IT stuff). Does anyone know what exchange server settings might be wrong?

What server address are you using? Are you using an internal back-end
server address, which is where mail accounts are actually stored, or are
you using an Outlook Web Access (OWA) address?

If you're using a back-end address then you may be trying to connect
your co-worker to the wrong server if her account is not there. Ask your
administrators for the correct server address for her.

Hope this helps!
