Connectig to MS Project Server using IE error -2146893052 (0x80090304)

One user is having this error message -2146893052
(0x80090304)every time that they try to connect to the MS
Project Server 2002. Other clients are OK.
The user get the same error message with other systems.

Can somenone help?
