Connecting across a WAN -instead of- load summary resource assignm

Hi there,

usually I select the load summary resource assignments checkbox to see the
ressource assignments of one project connecting to project server.

A project manager has now the selection Connecting across a WAN instead of
load summary resource assignments. Why is that? Any idea how to solve that? I
already choose Manually Control Connection State - doesn't help.

Any ideas?
