Connecting Exchange 2000 public folder to ms access 2000 database

I'm new at programming so I'm looking for an example of some code to do
the following. We have a public folder on our Exchange server called
HelpDesk. When a message comes into that folder I want it to
automatically create a workorder in our access database. I want it to
add a new record in the access table which will populate the name of
the sender and the body of the email message. Does anyone have any code
that does this or know where I might be able to find something like
this? I've been searching and searching and haven't been able to find
anything like this.

The best way to handle this is to create an Exchange Event Sink to handle
incoming messages and write to your database:

However, creating these sinks requires advanced programming skills.
