connecting Outlook contacts so I can print envelopes in Word

I have recently reinstalled Windows XP SP2 and Office XP on a new computer.
When I try to print an envelope in word using the Outlook addressbook icon a
dialogue box comes up saying the Outlook folder is missing or I do not have
permission. Microsoft Exchange Client 80040201 I don't have microsoft
exchange and didn't need it on my last computer.

Make sure you have configured an Outlook Profile correctly with a valid mail
transport.
Make sure you include the Outlook Address Book in this profile and that it
is connected to your Contacts Folder.
Make sure Outlook is your default mail program.
