I've had a time getting Project Server 2002 Professional
running with STS. Everytinhing seemed to be set, except
when creating subwebs.
When trying to access subweb, I get "The service is
temporarliy down. Please try again at a later time."
I went through the services, but can't see anything
disabled that would cause this.
