I hope this can make sense. I have HIMS database that is able to export a CSV
file to a password protected folder on Samba shares of a Linux server. I want
to create a user level secure database and use RWOP queries to ensure that
only the data I want specific users to see to be accessible. This data base
also uses extenal links to the CSV files mentioned above. So far I can
accomplish. I do need to have the database in a public shared folder within
my network. When I attempt to accomplish this the database can no longer
access the protected folder on the Samba shares.
Thoughts have been can a script be created that would accomplish this login.
Will access login into a protected folder. Will I have to make the Samba
share public.(not a good option)
Help Any suggestions much appreciated.
