Connecting to the Exchange Server

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have tried and tried to connect to my company's exchange server using Entourage with no success. I have the full version of Office 2008 and can connect successfully via OWA but not using Entourage.
Is there something that must be set on the Exchange server to enable connectivity via Entourage?

You haven't mentioned what happens when you try. Error messages or a
description of the problem would be helpful.

I have instructions here for connecting Entourage 2004 to Exchange. They
apply to Entourage 2008 as well.

If you are connecting to Exchange Server 2007 then you may need to
modify your Exchange Server address in Entourage from:

server.domain.com

to

server.domain.com/exchange/[email protected]

where "(e-mail address removed)" is your E-mail address.

Essentially I get an error message saying that my username or password
is incorrect in spite of the fact that I am able to log in successfully
via OWA. I connect strictly via OWA/internet and am connecting to an Exchange
2003 server and unfortunately I have very limited access to the resources
that control the server.
