Connection issues after changing AD password

I have a user who changed his AD password and now is unable to connect
to PWA or the Project server with MS Project. In the past I have been
able to work around this by resetting their password back and then
having them go to PWA and clicking on Log Out and then the Log on using
Windows account option.

The problem with this guy is he does not know his last password, HELP!
I need to know what my options are for getting this guy in and the MS
groups have not been able to help me with this problem.

I might be missing something, but it sounds as if you need the Active
Directory password reset.

Try to delete the password on his desktop, under control panel, users, saved
password. Once you deleted this, the user should be fine
