Connection lost, project pro hangs - where's my project??

Hi folks,

A user of mine has experienced this twice now - she's working over dial-up
(56k), and she attempts to save a project. During the save it hangs Project
Pro. She's left it up to an hour, hoping it would resolve itself but it
stays 'hung'.

I think it's a Project Pro, or network issue, but she's convinced it's my
server (PS 2003 + latest SPs). None of my LAN, or DSL users have ever
experienced this. Can this be my server, and is there anything I can do
(aside from forcing check-in for them) to preserve their changes?
