Connection problem caused by different code pages.

Hi, all
I met a problem when connect Project Professional 2003 to
Project 2003 server.
The error message is: "Can't connect..."

It is possibly caused by different code pages used by
Project and OS.
Following is the environment:

Project 2003 Sever English version
Project Professional 2003 English version
Both OS on server and client is Windows Server 2003
English version with Chinese (PRC) regional setting for
non-Unicode programs.

If I change the regional setting to English (Unite State),
this problem is solved.
But is there any method can solve this problem without
change the regional setting to English (US)?

Thanks and regards!
