connection problem

I want to create shape that is connected with only end point of connector.

When I drop shape in the middle of connector, the shape move automatically
the end of connector. Connector should not be divided.

I thing end cap(master) in valves and fittings.vss (process engineering)
needs to behave like this.

Can I make the shape that have this function?

In 2000, it will require more work.

Select the timeline and open it's ShapeSheet (the command is under the
Window menu)

In the first section "Shape Transform" change the formula for Angle to "=0"
(The original formula has a guard on it)

In the Protection Section, set LockRotate to 0. If the Protection section is
not visible, select Sections... from the View menu and click All, then Ok.

This will allow you to rotate the timeline, but the text will also rotate.
I'll see if I can find a simple solution.
