I am a system administrator for Stephen F. Austin
State University. We have two servers and one of the
servers is set as a mail server running windows 2000 with
all of the 25 work stations running XP. We use Exchange
Server 2000 to send all of our in house mail and also use
it for pop mail. I am having trouble with my workstation
in staying connected to the mail server. It keeps poping
up every 5 minutes asking for a password to connect to
the mail server even though I check the box to save
password. The pop account then locks up and you have to
close outlook and re-open to retrieve pop mail. Any
ideas on how to correct this would really be helpful.
Thanks
