connector lines

I am trying to create a flow chart, but do not have Visio
available to me. I need to draw a connector line from two
separate objects to a third object, and cannot seem to
figure out how to merge lines coming from the two objects
and lead into the third.

sorry if the explanation is a bit vague or confusing.
