ConnectSvc and SOAP errors on Project Server

I'm getting a repeated series of the following four errors on a server
hosting Project Server. There is no help available at the links included in
the error messages, and I haven't found a solution/explaination searching on
the Internet. Any idea what's causing these, or how to fix them? Thanks.
