Consistent font size using Master Pages?

I've set up my Master Pages, and I'm copying & pasting my text in
Everything is going along swimmingly, until I paste in a large block o
text and Powerpoint automatically resizes the text so it is smaller.

How can I override this auto-resize feature, so all of my text i
consistent throughout the entire presentation?

(Using PowerPoint 2004 for Mac

That sounds like it would've worked, if I had that option. The
autocorrect menu only has options to turn of Auto-Cap sentences, days
of the week, etc. No option to turn off autofit body text.

Any other ideas where this option might be located?
