Constant calculations

Hi,
Is there a way to calculate an amount continuialy (weekly) until an end date
is put in.

The scenario is that i want to see the weekly hire cost of some equipment
however various items come and go on/off hire at different times?

If you want a positive result, subtract start from finish, rather than vice
versa.
