Constant Error message on Outlook backup

I am using Outlook 2003. I now cannot back it up, since I always get an error
message telling me a file is in use by another program. I have removed all
other linked programs (Plaxo, PlanPlus) except for Business Contacts, no
success. A friend of mine is having the same problem, anmd she is not using
Business Contacts. Any solutions?

What are you trying to backup? Personal folder files? Are you trying to
archive or use the backup Add-in?

I'm trying to use the backup add-in to back up everything, which I guess,
yes, means personal folder files.

This doesn't solve the error, but use Task manager to make sure all
OUTLOOK.EXE processes are stopped, then just copy your PST(s) to your backup
location. All done.
