There is a moving thin orange live above the tasks in my ToDo bar. At a
random moment during the day it will begin scrolling and continue scrolling
indefinitely. I can close and reopen Outlook to get rid of it temporarily,
but it will eventually happen again.
Does anyone have idea what this bar indicates and how to get it to stop?
