Contacs - Addressbook display after import.

Importing Outlook Contacts. After importing contacts back in, some are
filed/displayed in address book with "Mr." /"Ms.", while others don't - even
if all have Mr/Ms in actual contact. Withour going through each contact, how
do I get all contacts to display in addreebook as Last name, First name,
Company?
