Contact Button Missing in Appointments

Just reinstalled MSO 2007 Pro on new PC and recovered my PST from old PC.

Now when opening a new Calendar Appointment the "Contact" button and line
usually at the very bottom of appointment is missing......

Any ideas how to restore ??

Tools>Options>Contact options>Show contact linking on all forms.
