Contact data

Donna

I recently replaced my old hard drive with a larger one. I have installed
Outlook on the new hard drive, but I would like to import my old outlook
contacts and calendar. How can I do that? Where does Outlook store this info?

Thanks!

All your data is in a single PST file possibly called Outlook.pst. That file
might be hidden. Simply copy that file to the new machine (it might be
large) and then either open it and copy required items over or import
required items via File | Import and Export. Note that if you use a CD or
DVD to transfer the file then you will need to remove the read-only
attribute before you can access it on the new machine.
