Contact Defaults

Prior to me messing around, when I put in a new contact the default did these
things:
1. Automatically put last name first, comma, first name. Now I have to
select last name first & no comma appears, have to put it in manually.
How do I get back to square one ? ............. ed

I've tried it Milly, however the default for "new contacts" does not have a
comma separation in "Last First". The filing portion does offer "Last,
First". I've made a copy of my screen, but how do I get it to you ?
