An often-used Contact has disappeared from the "Select Names" dialog
that opens when I click the "To:" button in a new message.
The Contact, his other information and his e-mail address are in the
Contact record. I tried deleting and then re-typing his e-mail
address.
I've run Outlook repair ...
Any ideas?
