I am looking for a way that I can take a company PF contact list and make it
the only/default contact list throughout the company. This is what the
company would like, not me. Is there a way so that when I click on contacts
it brings open this list. A way that when I make a new contact it goes into
this list and not a personel list?

Not possible. Users will always have access to their personal contacts.
