I am using the Groove contacts forum available on the MS templates website.
It usually inserts my name and email in the full name field and email field
and will not allow me to override them. On a couple of occasions it did
allow me to create a contact, no idea why. An ideas?

Most of the information it will take from your Groove Account- Options
-> Preferences -Identities, rather than letting you enter it. This way
when participants are authorised via the manager, their information is
usually "kosher".

Does this make sense/help?

Thank you for the response, but no it does not make sense. The contacts form
is ostensibly for creating an address book of project contacts if you will,
it has nothing to do with inviting people into a workspace.

Again, it is inserting *my* information into the name field. It's the
equivalent of trying to add a contact to Outlook and having my name appear
every time.
