1. A user goes to add someone from Contacts with the
letter "M" and Outlook closes up on him. Every time.
2. User (same user)adds new personnel and wants them to
appear as Last Name, First Name. He has them Filed As:
Last Name, First Name, but it appears in Contacts as First
Name, Last Name. I have the Running MS Outlook 2000 book
with me and I have everything set up the way the book
says, but it doesn't work. I have checked my Outlook and
others and they are all the same. Anybody have any other
suggestions.
