Contact List problem, pop up window for each and every entry in my Contact List

Am running Vista and Outlook 2002. Each time I start Outlook I get the following pop up window warning message "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose 'No'."

The pop up window opens for each and every contact (100 contacts in the Contact List results in 100 pop up windows).

Am fairly sure I do not actually have any viruses (have up-to-date antivirus software and always run full scans). Is there possibly some issue (conflict) with Outlook 2002 and Vista? Equally I have heard that maybe SP3 could be the source of the problem.

Any ideas pls???

It sounds like a plug in issue. Do you get the problem if you start using
Start - Run - Outlook /safe?
