Access is a relational database environment. You would create a table of
contact info (address, phone, etc.) and relate it to another table that
contains the person's ID and name.
tblCustomer
CustID primary key
LastName
etc.
tblContacts
ContactID primary key
CustID foreign key (realted to tblCustomer)
ContactInfo.......
