Contact Lists for OE & Outlook

M

markstro

I would like to use Outlook for myself and OE for the rest of the
family.
I have found that the contact.pst is accessed and displayed in OE for
each identity in OE.
Is there any way to keep the address books/contact lists in each
program where we want them?
In other words, contact.pst for Outlook and separate address books for
each identity in OE.
Thanks,Markstro

No one can answer when you fail to post your Outlook version and mail
support mode.

Sorry, Outlook 2000, not sure what mail support mode means. My
connection is with a cable modem using SMTP and POP servers. Hope that
helps.

In OE, you will find the option to share Contacts with Outlook in the
Address Book > Tools > Options...

Is there any way to keep the contact lists separate between OE &
Outlook?
I would like to keep my contact list in Outlook from appearing in the
contact list in OE.

Follow the directions I already posted. Is there some part you don't
understand?
