There is an Access download of the same name. I seek
guidance in making this work with the existing contacts in
Outlook 2003. Is this possible? Please advise.

It is possible to use automation to control Outlook from Access, but that is
not illustrated in the download you mention. That is either a template for
or a sample of a contact management database application done completely in
Access.
