Contact Notes Box: re-positioning

Can the Contact Notes Box be re-positioned so that it is not on the right side of the screen, but rather on the bottom. There is much more room there and would along your notes to span the entire width of the screen.

If you define your own form, perhaps.

You would need to design your own contact form. Unfortunately, when you try
to do that, you will see an old form layout from Outlook 2000. So, you can
have the Notes field on the bottom, but you need to use the old contact form
layout.
