contact phone number order (2003)

when creating a new contact, the default order of the phone numbers is

Business
Home
Business Fax
Mobile

i know that i can change each field to be whatever i want from that list.
the problem of course would be that it's a tedious process to rearrange ALL
of my contacts to be displayed a certain way, and also it's a little annoying
to have to change the order for each new contact i add.

i want it to look like this by default

Mobile
Business
Business Fax
Home


is there a way that i can change that default order?

You'd have to create a custom Contact form and make it your default form for
