I have Office 2007 and am using Outlook 2007 - never used before
I have a file from my Accounting System that has produced a .csv file with
"Name" and "EMail Address"
I can not seem to find any way to import this file into "Outlook 2007" under
its own Group

Outlook doesn't have "groups". Are you trying to make a Distribution List?

Yes - I have made up a Distrubution Folder named "Current Clients" and my
list of names and email address has been created in a file named
"Members.csv" - it is created from the MYOB accounting software
Now I want to put them all in the Distrubution list so that I can sent a
bulk email to all Clients of our monthly specials

DLs are a poor choice for this type of thing. Use categories instead.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Nylex asked:

That's not what I asked. What's a "Distribution Folder"? Outlook has no
such term.

If you have a CSV file, try this. In Outlook, while viewing your Contacts
folder, click the down-arrow next to "New" and select "Distribution List".
Click "Select Members" to open the "Select Members" dialogue. Now, open
your CSV file in Excel. If the CSV contains one name/address pair per row,
select all the names and addresses. Then right-click the selection and
choose Copy. Go back to the "Select Members" dialogue and right-click the
"Members" field. Choose Paste from the context menu. This should add the
name/address pairs to the field. Click OK and the name/address pairs should
populate into the DL. Give the DL a name, then click "Save and Close".
