Contacting Microsoft

Okay this has to be a stupid question but here goes...

I work in a College in England, I have been using and delivering training
with PowerPoint within our organisation for the past 10 years. I am now at
a stage where I would like to give MS some ideas on how to possibly take
PowerPoint to a different level for developers of academic materials. I
would like to discuss with someone the need for PowerPoint to be "more" than
it is. I am annoyed that I have to buy 3rd party software to accomplish
jobs that powerPoint would be awesome at if it had an SDK. Who do I
contact - I added some ideas to a PowerPoint wishlist and while I got some
feedback it seemed a bit feeble.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out...
