On the navagation pane I have the list of my all mail folder it has my
personal folders listed, but the contacts and calander do not show up. How
can I get them there?

Also, above the all mail folder ther is another box called Favorite Folders
adn in it my inbox, unread mail, for follow up and Sent Items. How do I
remove this?

thanks

Sound like you want to switch to the Folder List Navigation. It has a button
on the Navigation Pane or use CTRL+6

Thanks, yes the CTRL+6 worked, but I do not see any button on the Navigation
Pane to do this or to change it back as the CTRL+6 key does not change it
back.

CTRL+1. You can use the the Go menu as well or configure the buttons on the
Navigation Pane.
