Contacts/calendar

When I enter someones anniversary date under details on my contact list for
them. When it transfers/posts the information to the calendar, it refers to
it as a birth date instead. When I have it sends me the reminder email, it is
telling me that it is ... Birthday on what date when infact it is their
anniversary. I double checked to make sure that I did enter the anniversary
date in the anniversary field. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Where does it "refer to it as a birth date"? What type of account are you
using?
