It is checked and Outlook Address Book is installed.
When you click on the "To" you see the contacts that he
created in the Local client, but the ones that he created
in the Outlook Web Client are not listed. I can
replicate this issue on my computer as well. The
contacts that are created in the Outlook Web Client for
Exchange do not link themselves the your Local Outlook
Address Book. Is there any way to relink them to the
Outlook Address Book?
Then click on the "Outlook Address Book" tab.
Is the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book"
checked? If it is then click on Inbox. Then click on New
If this does not work then you have to install Outlook
Address Book.
My boss has a bunch of contacts that he created via the
Outlook Web Client. He can see these contacts in his
Outlook on his desktop, but if he opens a new message
and clicks on "To" those contacts are not listed. Is
there a way to relink those contacts in outlook so that
the address book reconizes them? Please let me know.
Thank you,
Andrew Helton
