Contacts duplicating

Good Evening,

Since I downloaded an electronic business card from the Template area for
Outlook 2007; my hotmail account has been DUPLICATING addresses, which in
turn duplicates in my Outlook. How can I stop this????

there are some duplicate removers here:

I'm not sure how they will go with a Hotmail account.
