Hi
I am importing contacts data from an Excel 2003 spreadsheet into Outlook
2003. I have set up Outlook to show new contacts as 'First Last' , however,
when I import my data, it always shows as 'Last, First'.
Is there anyway around this? On the mapping screen, there is not a field for
the FileAs field.
If the solution involves writing a (simple???) macro then so be it, but
please could somebody help with this as I haven't got a clue about writing
Outlook macros.
